And just as I thought it couldn't get any worse

Well. It looks like I really did it this time. Namely, screwed up my chances of getting a good grade in my swedish final. And all because I happened to be tired in the morning and wanted some tea (tea has just as much caffeine as coffee). I poured some hot water to a cup and got loads of hot water vapour on my hand. My right hand, to be exact. And I happen to be right-handed. And I totally had no idea that water vapour could burn your hand that badly. At first it hurt just a bit, and I thought I'd get away with it just by keeping acold pack there for the time I had before I had to leave.

Then after 15 minutes or so in the train my hand hurts like hell. Apparently water vapour can burn your skin. Live and learn. The other people must have thought I had a problem of some sort. My expression must have looked somewhat weird. Or then they didn't even notice me.

So, having extra time before the listening comprehension test started, I went to a shop and bought the cheapest frozen vegetable pack and used it as a cold pack. The bad thing was, that I couldnt take the frozen veg-thing with me to the exam. It had a list of swedish ingredients, and I could have had some help from the or something. So, I took the listening comprehension test with my hand hurting loads. I bet it disturbed my concentration or something.

Knowing my oh-so-great luck my hand hurts a lot less after a few hours. And another sucky thing is that now my fingers smell like vegetables because the bag broke. Oh well. And I shoukld write a comment on a totally incomprehensible poem. And learn by heart all the symbols and names of all the elements in the periodic table. Is my life great or what??? Nah.
